Justin Costa manages all fiscal and administrative activities for OH-TECH in his role as business manager. This includes providing financial analyses for the consortium, as well as its member organizations: OARnet, the Ohio Supercomputer Center, OhioLink and eStudent Services. He is a member of OH-TECH’s Executive Management Team, as well as the Finance Sub-Committee of the Department of Higher Education’s CIO Advisory Board.
Among his accomplishments, Costa has helped OARnet leadership to design and implement a pricing and selling strategy for VMware software, which has resulted in more than $30 million in total sales and significant savings for the customers of the program.
Costa is an alumnus of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Fisher College of Business. He has served on Ohio State’s University Senate Fiscal Committee since 2011.
